Frequently Asked Questions

Everything couples and planners ask before booking live music for a Bali wedding — if you don't see your question here, send it to us directly.

How much does a string quartet cost for a wedding in Bali?

Pricing depends on the formation (solo, duo, trio, string quartet, or large ensemble), how many sets you book, and your wedding date — we don't publish a flat rate because every ceremony and reception is arranged differently. Message us on WhatsApp or send an inquiry with your date and formation of interest, and we'll follow up with a personalised quote.

How long does a string quartet play at a wedding?

Most ceremonies need 15–20 minutes of music across the prelude, processional, signing, and recessional, while cocktail hour and reception sets are usually booked in longer blocks. We'll help you map the exact moments you want covered when you inquire.

Should we book a trio or a string quartet?

A trio suits a smaller, more intimate ceremony or a tighter budget, while a string quartet gives a fuller, more layered sound that fills larger venues and longer reception sets. If you're unsure, tell us your guest count and venue and we'll recommend a formation.

Can you perform at outdoor or cliffside venues in Bali?

Yes — we regularly perform at outdoor ceremonies, including cliffside, beach, and garden venues across Bali. We just need shade for the musicians and a flat, stable surface for instruments — let us know your venue when you inquire and we'll confirm what's needed.

Can we request specific songs or our own playlist?

Yes. Browse our repertoire for ideas, or send us your own song list — we arrange most requests for strings, and can take on a custom arrangement with enough notice.

Do you offer a wedding pianist as a solo option?

Yes — piano is one of our most requested solo settings alongside violin and cello, and a "Piano +" upgrade is available within our Duo, Trio, and String Quartet packages. See Packages for details.

How far in advance should we book, and is a deposit required?

Popular dates in Bali book out 6–12 months ahead, especially during peak wedding season — we recommend reaching out as soon as your date and venue are confirmed. Deposit terms are confirmed when we send your booking quote.

Do you travel across all of Bali?

We perform across Bali, from Uluwatu and Nusa Dua in the south to Ubud and Canggu — travel fees vary by area and are included in your personalised quote.

How do we check availability for our date?

Message us directly on WhatsApp with your date, venue, and preferred formation, or send an inquiry through our contact form — we'll confirm availability and follow up with next steps.
