Allegra Chamber Bali ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you inquire about booking us for your wedding or event, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information We Collect

  • Contact & partnership forms: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, wedding date, venue or area, formation of interest, company/role (for planner inquiries), and any message you send us.
  • WhatsApp: if you message us via the "Check Your Date" button, your message is sent directly through WhatsApp — we only see what you choose to send.
  • We do not collect payment information through this website.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiry, check availability, and send you a quote.
  • To plan and coordinate your booking if you proceed — for example, sharing your wedding date, venue, and formation with our musicians.
  • We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

  • Web3Forms: our contact and partnership forms are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, which forwards your submission to our email. See their privacy policy for how they handle data in transit.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): messages sent via our WhatsApp link are handled according to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours.
  • Hosting: this website is hosted on Hostinger — standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) may be retained briefly for security purposes.
  • TODO: update this section if/when analytics (e.g. Plausible or GA4) is enabled — see .env.example.

Cookies

This website does not currently use cookies or tracking scripts beyond what's needed to load the page.

Data Retention

We keep your inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if booked, to plan and deliver your event. After that, we delete or anonymise it unless we're required to keep it longer, for example for accounting records.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared with us at any time by emailing us.

Children

Our services are intended for adults planning weddings and events — we don't knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
